We're a fast-growing painting marketing agency serving North America. We run Meta ads for painting contractors and home service businesses, and we're looking for an experienced media buyer to take ownership of performance across a portfolio of client accounts — someone who spots problems early, figures out why, and shows up with the fix.
We keep our company name private at this stage. It's shared with applicants who are selected for an interview.
You'll run strategy, launch, testing and scaling, and you'll follow every account past the lead: lead quality, estimates booked and, where the data is reliable, revenue. You're judged on client results and the quality of your thinking.
Structure, targeting, budgets, testing and scaling across your accounts. When one stalls, you work out whether the problem is the campaign, the creative, the offer, the targeting or the lead handling.
Work with our creative team to keep a steady supply of new ads. Find the winning hooks, formats and offers, catch fatigue early, and turn the data into a clear testing plan.
Know what's happening in every account and what needs attention. Write down your tests, results and next steps, and brief our Client Success Managers so nothing surprises the client.
Use AI and automation for research, analysis and reporting. Cut the repetitive work so you have more time for strategy, and help improve how we buy media.
"Success looks like this: leadership doesn't need to keep checking your accounts or handing you the next strategy. You take ownership, bring the ideas, and we trust you to make strong calls for our clients."
What Success Looks LikeWe're looking for media buyers who are on the cutting edge of what's working for B2C local lead generation in North America. Ideally that's B2C home services: selling to homeowners.
We are not looking for generalists. YouTube University or handling a few accounts won't be enough experience. We're looking for someone who has generated six to seven figures of revenue for local businesses in North America.
